Because He Lives: Why the Resurrection Changes Everything
If Jesus wasn’t raised, Christianity collapses. In 1 Corinthians 15:12–34, Paul pulls one thread—the resurrection—and shows that without it, preaching is empty, faith is futile, sin still wins, and death gets the last word. But Christ has been raised, and that reality is already putting everything back together: Jesus is reigning now, the last enemy (death) will be destroyed, and God’s kingdom will be fully restored.
This message calls us to stop treating the resurrection like a once-a-year idea. If Christ is alive, we’re not spiritually dull, morally careless, or missionally passive—we wake up and live like people who’ve been raised from death to life.
