We will have opportunities for ladies to carpool together. We will coordinate grouping ladies driving and/or having room in their car.

Yes, you can come on Friday. There will probably be other ladies who can’t come on Thursday, so we can try to put those ladies in touch with each other. Thursday night is a flexible schedule- we will do a “hang out” time with snacks and fun together to kick off the weekend.

We are staying at We are staying on the main property of Gathering Oaks, which has lodging for 50 ladies split within 19 modern rustic bedroom/tiny house options. Each room will have 2-4 girls in it and we will give you that info when you arrive on Friday. If you don't know anyone, we can help you find someone.

his is not your typical Ladies Retreat. We like to leave a lot of time for ladies to truly "get away" and recharge. On Saturday, we will have breakfast & teaching together, but the day is open to do whatever you want from 12:00-4:00pm. We will have groups that will be going to various places (shopping, hiking/exploring) and some that will stay at the property for other activities. We will have ways for you to be included in any of these.

All meals are covered and served in the Gathering House on the retreat grounds. We will have snacks and drinks provided as well. If you would like to bring your own snacks, feel free!

All bedding and linens are provided at the Lodge. However, if you have a favorite blanket or want your own towels, feel free to bring those. Also, the dress is very casual all weekend. Just check the weather in case it’s chilly! Each lady will receive a Girl's Getaway t-shirt that we will all wear on Saturday night.
